Shipping Policy

  • Lauriston Laboratories is a small UK family business developed as one stop shop for an easy access to international laboratory tests and nutritional supplements.
  • We operate with a small team, and we are able to ship Monday to Thursday.
  • Our selection of supplements and tests is regularly reviewed, based on the progression of scientific and medical knowledge. We are open to suggestions to include other supplements should there be sufficient evidence backing up a potential health benefit. Please contact us with your suggestions:

UK shipping

For domestic orders we use DHL Parcel Next Working Day delivery service. Orders placed before 12pm Mon to Thu are shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm and orders placed on Thu afternoons and Fri will be shipped on the following Mon.

DHL Parcel is a trackable service; you will receive an email mail and text notifications with the tracking number of your parcel.

UK Free shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over £80. There is however several supplements and test kits that are excluded from free shipping. They include: Brainchild Minerals, Brainchild Vitamins, RG3, GI 360 Comprehensive Stool Test, Neuro Basic Profile, Urine Challenge Test, FlorInScan Extra Stool Test, GI Effects Comprehensive Stool Profile, Organic Acid Test and Metabolomix+.

European shipping

For international order, we also use DHL Parcel service. The shipping charge will be calculated based on the country selected. Please note that you will be asked to pay VAT upon receiving your order. VAT will not be paid in the UK, so your invoice will be VAT exempt.

We only ship to the European Union countries.

We retain proof of postage at all times and reserve the right to use a different shipping method than you have selected in order to give your order added security in certain circumstances (e.g. for extremely high value orders we may upgrade to Courier delivery). In most situations, we will respect the customers chosen shipping method. We retain proof of postage for 180 days. After this time, it may not be possible to retrieve your proof of postage. Standard International Orders are not considered ‘lost’ by postal carriers until 90 days after the dispatch. As such, we will not consider an order to be officially lost until this time has passed. We may consider an order lost before this date based on tracking information and our previous experiences, but this will be examined on a case-by-case basis.
